This workout is focused on high reps and just hitting the shoulders for a combined total of 475 reps....and then a burnout at the end! If you keep the resting periods short, you should be smoked after this routine! We will also start with cardio to warm up.

10 Minutes of Cardio (Any form)
Super Set - 5 Total Sets
Single Arm Dumbbell Press - (25, 20, 15, 10, 5) 75 Total reps each arm
Military Barbell Press - (25, 20, 15, 10, 5) 75 Total reps
Super Set - 5 Total Sets
Full-Frontal Cable Raises - (25, 20, 15, 10, 5) 75 Total Reps each arm
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises - (25, 20, 15, 10, 5) 75 Total Reps
Super Set - 5 Total Sets
Upright Rows Smith Machine - (25, 20, 15, 10, 5) 75 Total Reps
Barbell Shrugs - (30, 25, 20, 15, 10) 100 Total Reps
BURN OUT
Hold 45 lbs plates in each hand and shrug until failure.
