The newest free workout we offer here at Nutrifit. Back & Biceps done by one of the affiliate members for Nutrifit, Elena Logan. 25 minutes of cardio was done pre-workout to warm up, followed by a quick stretch.

(SUPERSETS) 3 sets of 10 reps.

-Pull Ups

-Dumbbell Curls

-Underhand EZ Bar Rows

-Kneeling Cable Lat Pull Downs

-Barbell Eccentric Curls

-EX Bar Curls

-Cable V-bar Pull Downs

-Cable Single Arm Curl

-Incline Dumbbell Row

-Incline Dumbbell Hammer Curls
