Free Chest & Triceps Workout Routine

This weeks free workout features a chest & triceps routine done by one of the Street Cru members for Nutrifit, Elena Logan. The main focus on this weeks workout is hypertrophy, building lean muscle and strength. Started with a light warm up of 15 minutes on the treadmill and a quick stretch.

Here is the list of workouts performed in supersets:

  • Cable extensions 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Flat barbell press 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Single arm dumbbell overhead extensions 4 sets of 10 reps
  • High cable chest flys 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Single arm dumbbell kick backs 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Single arm dumbbell incline press 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Single arm underhand cable extension 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Kneeling landmine chest press 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Body weight dips 4 sets until failure
