Here is the second Cutting Season routine for the week. Another 1200 reps for supersets of Chest/triceps.
The key to these routines -- Is to keep rest periods to a minimum, and choose a weight that you can use without stopping during the high rep sets.
I also added my current supplement stack beneath the routine.
Warm Up - 10 Mins Cardio
SUPER SET
Barbell Flat Bench - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 95-155 lbs
Rope Pushdowns - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 20-40 lbs
SUPER SET
Cable Flys - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 20-40 lbs
Skull Crushers - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 45-55 lbs
SUPER SET
Incline Bench Machine - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 45-70 lbs each arm
Dumbbell Kickbacks - 5 sets each arm (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 10-20 lbs
SUPER SET
Decline Dumbbell press - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 40-60 lbs
Straight Bar Pushdowns - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) 30-50 lbs
