My go-to post workout protein shake that can honestly be customized to fit your macros or whatever diet you are following. Now I am allergic to dairy, so I use vegan protein, oat milk etc but this recipe can really be adjusted for anyone.
It's very simple to make and I listed all of the ingredients below.
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Scoops Core Nutritionals Vegan Protein
- 1 Scoop VMI Sports Collagen
- 10oz Oat Milk
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup oats
I would suggest putting the liquid in first so that the other ingredients don't stick to the bottom of the blender. But it should blend pretty easily!

- Protein: 27g
