Back and Biceps Workout

Start with cardio to warm up and/or stretch to help prevent injuries. I have been using Phat Lab Energy Mix for my preworkout and stacking it with the new SuperHuman Pump.

This workout can be super-setted or you can go all the way through.

CABLE ROPE PULLDOWNS

4 Sets x 15 Reps

DUMBBELL ALTERNATING CURLS

4 Sets x 15 Reps

V-BAR LAT PULLDOWNS

4 Sets x 15 Reps

CABLE PREACHER CURLS

4 Sets x 15 Reps

T-BAR ROWS

4 Sets x 15 Reps

ISO HAMMER CURLS

4 Sets x 15 Reps

REVERSE LAT PULLDOWNS

4 Sets x 15 Reps

SEATED CONCENTRATION CURLS

4 Sets x 15 Reps

SEATED SINGLE ARM ROWS

4 Sets x 15 Reps

DUMBBELL SPIDER CURLS

4 Sets x 15 Reps
