Warm Up - 10 Minutes of Cardio (Any form)
Super Set - 5 Total Sets
Standing Dumbbell Curls - 5 Sets of 12
EZ Bar Skull Crushers - 5 Sets of 12
**After each super set - 25 Wrist Curls
Super Set - 3 Total Sets
Single Arm Preacher Curls - (12, 10, 8)
Single Arm Tricep Extension with Dumbbell (12, 10, 8)
**After each super set - 25 Wrist Curls
Super Set - 5 Total Sets
Incline Bench Dumbbell Hammer Curls - Each Arm (15, 12, 10, 8, 6)
Rope Pushdowns - (15, 12, 10, 8, 6)
Burn Out
Barbell Curls Until Failure (50-100 Reps)
Bench Dips Until Failure with Weight
