Day 5 - At Home Workouts

Today's workout if pretty straight forward! If you have any questions feel free to reach out! You can use anything to add weight

With many gyms being closed do to the Corona Virus, you may be wondering how to approach your workouts.  I personally think you should add in at least 30 minutes of some form of cardio per day.

Push Ups 4x25 - All three type compete 1 set

  • (diamond)
  • (shoulder width)
  • (wide)

Body Weight Dips 4x25 on a couch/chair

Burpees 4x25

Mountain climbers 4x25

Laying down leg raises 4x10

Laying down bicycles 4x30

Kneeling Shoulder Press 4x25 (Front Delt)
